Executive Resumes and Cover Letters - Hire a Professional Or Write Your Own?

That's the title of my new article, arguing that a professionally written resume is important, particularly in the age of a bazillion applicants whose resumes are scanned by software. Other job correspondence? Well, I lay out my argument for why those documents need to be written quickly, and, ideally, written by the candidate -- with a good editor, of course.
